I have always struggled with my weight and fitness. I have joined countless gyms, and always seem to be on a diet, but I was never able achieve my goals.
I finally admitted to myself that if I was going to lose those extra kilos I had been carrying for so long I was going to need professional help.

“Excellent personal trainer”
I recently had the good fortune to train with Lap when my regular trainer was on vacation.
Although Lap and I worked together for only a few weeks, he managed to put together a personal program of circuit training and kick boxing for me, and taught me how to improve my kick boxing technique and kept me highly motivated.
Lap puts a lot of work into checking that your technique is good to reduce the risk of injury, and stays focused on your workout throughout the session.
I really enjoyed our time training together. Lap is an excellent personal trainer and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
